ETS Design provide consultancy services on environmental issues of all types of road vehicles. Our experience in this field is as follows: Lightweight series hybrid bus including chassis, propulsion and control systems. Sophisticated computer model for design purposes and prediction fuel consumption and emission performance of both existing and proposed vehicles. This project was carried out in conjunction with Warwick University. Computing skills are available to assess 'wheel to wheel' or ‘pump to wheel’ performance for all types of vehicles - such as hybrid, hydrogen fuel cell, hydrogen IC. We are able to advise on the ideal hybrid architecture for a particular vehicle on a given route/ cycle. Study on Thermal Hydride Compression for storage of hydrogen gas produced by means of solar panels. ETS Design is a member of the Low Carbon Vehicle Partnership. ETS Design are involved in low emission vehicle design. Projects have included design work for electric vehicles and hybrid buses and software modelling of electric drive systems. ETS Design are also working with universities to produce new concepts and designs in vehicle energy saving products.
