The TiLLiT Bike Lift is a consumer product designed by the sister company of ETS, Heed Studio for the high-end cycle accessory market. ETS worked with the product designers from Heed Studio to develop the Bike Lift both as a functioning product and for production.

An arm assembly moves through an arc assisted by a gas spring to lift the bike from the floor up to an elevated position for storage. The arm can be stopped at any position throughout its motion, which allows maintenance to be carried out.

By collaborating closely with the product designers from an early stage, the engineers from ETS were able to ensure that the product embodied the desired quality, with a smooth and precision-engineered action. At the same time, all the parts were carefully engineered to be suitable for medium volume production at an economic cost.

ETS provided a full drawing pack for the initial production run and for larger-scale production. This drawing pack included all the machining, fabrication, and assembly drawings as well as parts lists and production schedules required to manufacture the Bike Lift.

As the product is developed, ETS Design continues to supply the engineering support for the manufacture of the product.
